We're shipping a tight v0.1. Everything below is what runs from day one. The bigger surface area (quoting, scheduling, native invoicing, field app) is on the roadmap once these four prove out in real coach-pilot tenants.

I already use ServiceM8 / Simpro / Tradify / AroFlo. Do I have to switch?

No. The most common starting point is to bolt Tradeii on top. Connect via OAuth, Tradeii reads your jobs, customers and invoices into a tenant alongside your current JMS, and the loop starts running. Your existing JMS keeps doing exactly what it does today.

What does Tradeii v0.1 actually do?

Three things: (1) catches enquiries from SMS, email, web form and web chat into one inbox; (2) runs the closed-loop automation — review at +24h, referral at +7d, rebook at +90d — for every paid invoice; (3) syncs with your existing JMS so you don't have to leave it. Quoting, scheduling, field work and native invoicing are on the v0.2 roadmap.

How long does setup take?

Five minutes from signup to seeing your data. The loop starts running on the next paid invoice your JMS marks complete. The first review request goes out 24 hours after that.

Which JMS platforms does Tradeii integrate with?

ServiceM8 is the v0.1 adapter. Simpro, Tradify, AroFlo and Fergus adapters sequence through v0.2. ServiceTitan and others are evaluated based on AU customer demand. If you're on something not listed, get in touch — we may sequence yours up.

Will the loop work for my trade specifically?

Tradeii ships templates for the loop-friendly trades — sparkies, plumbers, HVAC, pest, carpet clean, mobile mechanics, landscapers, painters, fencers. If your trade has repeat or recommendable customers, the loop earns its keep. If it doesn't, you probably don't need Tradeii.

What if I grow past 30 technicians?

You stay. We add capacity. The product is invested in the 1–30 sweet spot, but customers we earned along the way keep getting served. We don't refuse to scale with a customer who chose us when we were small.

How is this different from a coach selling me a CRM?

Coaches that wrap an external CRM (usually GoHighLevel) charge $400-600/mo and put the data in their tenant. Tradeii is AU-built, runs natively, doesn't require a coaching subscription on top. If you already work with a coach, Tradeii works alongside — your coach can be granted access to your tenant without owning it.
